As Sept came onto the soft ground of Astarte for the third time, he had a proud look on his face. He had a land, a mare. All that was needed were some foals and a mate. Too early to be thinking about that now, isn't it? He dismissed the thought. Sept looked behind him eagerly, looking for Altair among the horizon. The waterfall pounded in his ears, a reassuring sound to him. Hopefully she would become accustomed to it too. He shook his head, walking closer to the water. He stopped again, looking around for her again. With a shrug, Sept continued to the basin and sipped the crisp and pure water. He straightened, turning around to make sure she got here without harm. Harm being the sinkholes. Sept made a mental note to tell her about them.

Altair cantered up to Sept light-heartedly. She skidded to a halt at the ashen stallion. Finally she had found a home since she was still a filly with her sire and dam. She scanned the area for any other mares, but found none. A small bit of suprise struck her, but she did her best not to let it show. She would look forward to seeing this terra slowly fill. A satisfied look around the place. Waterfalls plunged down rock-walls, many small ones, creating a small marsh below with clear pools of water. For a moment she was lost in the tranquility and splendour.

Sept watched her canter up, smiling. He kept quiet for a little while, letting her take it all in. A small trace of a frown sped across his face as he thought about how empty it must seem with only the two of them. It was something he just noticed. With a short shake of the head, again, Sept began to speak. You like? He asked, looking around with her. His hooves sunk into the saturated ground as he stepped around, moving his legs so he wouldn't get stiff. Sept stifled a tired yawn then turned his gaze to Altair. So... He began, wishing for conversation, but he was at a loss of words.
[okay. n.n I'll be here]

Yes, of course. Astarte is gorgeous. Words could not find me at the moment..
Silent resolve fell over Altair once more, until Sept interuppted the thoughtful break. She did not have any better idea of what to say than he did.. she was still partly lost in Astarte. She had a sudden urge.. and could not resist. She leaped into one of the larger pools of water, spraying cool water droplets everywhere, each caught the light and gleamed in the sun for the moment they were in the air. A joyous whinny trumpeted, eyes dancing playfully. She savored to cool touch of the water in the hot afternoon. She did not have to ask if he wanted to join her. Something in her gaze taunted him.

OOC: sorry for my bother but Sept good job on getting a fae i am still working on it.*sighs*
the stygian emerged in as he flew across the topagraphy silently looking in transparent form at his brother. he was pleased to see that he had fell in love with a extravigant fae. Unravaling his mortal part to be seen he sung this to them.
You are a wonderfull couple together plz dont let me coming bother you for now i will be on my way.
Rotating away he evaporated once again into his water that sprinkled from the heavens. He glanced back at them his heart glad to see them elated to be together.

[eep. sorry, I was busy]
Yes, it is. That's what I thought when I first stepped upon it. He murmured, following her movements. Then he saw her submerge herself into the water. Sept laughed, watching her enjoy herself. He raised a brow in curiosity, wondering whether he too should go into the depths. Her playful gaze transferred to him and Sept became a bit mischievous. He gathered himself then sprang into the water, laughing some more. It was a lovely day, wasn't it? He swam around a bit, looking at Altair joyously. He noticed Zodiac and merely nodded. Couple? He choked on the word. I'm afraid she is only my new mare, I don't think mates, or couple, is a good idea to describe us. He nodded again.
[thanks. I have to take my dog for a walk, be back momentarily]

ooc: Okay.
Suprise filled her at the appearance of another stallion. A small amount of sympathy as well as understanding was taken towards the other stallion at the dismal tone of his voice. She would have asked if he liked to join them, but was not sure if Sept would like that idea so much, and did not bring it up. At first she wondered if she had heard wrong
Mates? Couple? Of course not! I have only known Sept for a day or so! Much too soon for any of that.
She snorted at the thought. Gaining more control over herself from the ecstatic finding of a home, Altair stepped out of the water. She gathered herself and put a slightly more straight face, but her eyes still sparked with hapiness and inteligence.

But, Sept thought to himself, mates is a nice thing to think about. He stayed in the water, watching Altair climb out. He tread water, being deeper into the lake. His whole body except for his head and part of his neck was submerged in the cool liquid, the current soft and non-pulling. The waterfull was still deafening, pounding his eardrums. But as stated before, he was quite used to it. Sept watched at Zodiac seemed to disappear from sight, pondering on whether to converse or keep mulling around.

Altair stood watch, alert for predators while still taking the beauty of the sanctuary. The sun glancing on her still-wet coat made it glow, and for once she was almost beautiful, instead of just ordinary. The terra had an unearthy glow to it from all the sun shining on the clear waters, and reflecting, as well as all the mist from the waterfalls, making Astarte look eerie. She blinked from the brightness. Finally she lowered her head to crop the tender grass. Once her hunger was satisfied, she walked over to a nearby pool of water to lower her head and drink. The water was sweet and clear, and soon her thirst was quenched. She would have to get used to the continuous roar of the waterfalls, but there were areas where she could go and the water falling would be reduced to a calming trickle.

Sept watched her, soon climbing out of the water. He shook himself, droplets falling to the ground. Curious of where she had gone, Sept trotted about. He found her at the large basin. Talking seemed to be a good thing to do. Having fun? He asked quietlly, looking at the clear, rippling water. The bank was sand-covered with little rocks and pebbles embedded in it. He had just only noticed. There was a speck of gold within the sand that caught his eye. Sept pawed at it, uncovering a very small golden nugget. It was thankful those disgusting humans weren't here. The piece of gold was too small for him to pickup, so Sepot covered it back up and patted the ground with his hoof. He looked back at Altair, waiting for an answer from her.

Yes, my lord. Is there anything you feel you should show me, lead me around Astarte, any areas of importance? Good grazing spots, a nice area to sleep?
She looked at the small piece of shiny rock Sept uncovered with small interest, before turning back to Sept, patiently waiting for an answer. Altair had finally gotten used to the beauty of her home, but now had to get used to living here. It shouldn't be too hard.
ooc: Sorry it's really short, not much else to say.

Sept beamed at her. Well, first things first, I don't exactly like being called a lord. Just Sept will do. He said cooly, thinking. Ah, the sinkholes. And the best places to rest. Yes, he would show her these. There is only one danger here in Astarte. Sept began seriously. Besides predators and other stallions, there are sinkholes. These are known to swallow another horse whole. There are only a few here, and they aren't hard to miss. If you step on one, it'll make a sucking sound when you lift up your hoof. Keep that in mind. He ended with a quick wink. The grass is abundant here, so you probably won't go hungry, or thirsty for that matter. Sept glanced at the large waterfall. There is a small grove that-a-way, by the creek, see? He pointed with his muzzle. That would be the best place for shelter. And there is always the good deal of sleeping under the stars. Sept turned his head up to look at the clouded sky. I hope that can answer your questions. He said at last, looking back at Altair, smiling wryly.
